Here's the full sequence, not the marketing-brochure version — what actually happens between the day you call us and the day you're sleeping in your new villa.
Villa size, current address, destination, and rough timeline. This is enough for us to give you a real, itemised quote — not a "starting from" figure designed to sound cheap on the phone.
Labour, materials, transport, and reassembly, all itemised. For larger villas we may suggest a quick in-person or video survey first, so the number reflects your actual home rather than an estimate.
Once you confirm, we book your crew and start any community coordination needed — NOC letters, service elevator slots, vehicle permits. You don't need to chase this yourself.
We confirm crew arrival time, run through any special items (pianos, art, a stubborn wardrobe), and answer last-minute questions before the day arrives.
Rooms are packed in sequence, furniture is dismantled and labelled, and everything is loaded and secured for transport. Fragile items travel last-in, first-off.
Furniture is reassembled and placed where you want it, boxes go to the right rooms, and we do a final walkthrough together before the crew leaves. Most families sleep in their own beds that night.
Nothing major — clear valuables and important documents into a bag you'll keep with you, and let us know about anything fragile or unusual so the crew is prepared.
Sometimes, if a crew is available — call us directly and we'll tell you honestly what's realistic for your timeline.
For most villas, yes — packing and loading happen the same day. Larger homes sometimes split packing and moving across two days, confirmed during your quote.
